About the role
The Telephone Operator joins the Guest Experience team at Aloft Abu Dhabi, delivering memorable service throughout the guest stay. This role involves handling guest interactions, assisting with luggage, and supporting operational needs across the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational tasks, address guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles, transporting luggage to rooms or designated areas.
- Move, lift, and carry objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 100 lb with assistance, navigating stairs and service ramps as needed.
Required profile
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
