About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on contacting potential customers by phone, generating leads, explaining our services and converting inquiries into confirmed sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain company services and generate interest.
- Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling or customer service.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
- Fluent in English; Malayalam is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge – MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
