Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive to join our real‑estate team in Business Bay, Dubai. The role focuses on engaging inbound and outbound leads, maintaining a strong pipeline, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience. No field visits or closing responsibilities are required.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from leads provided by the company.
• Create structured follow‑ups and keep the sales pipeline active.
• Update the CRM with lead status, notes, and next actions.
• Coordinate with the sales team for warm handovers when needed.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in any industry.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Fluent English; Hindi or Urdu is a strong advantage.
• Currently based in Dubai with a valid UAE visa.
• Consistent, disciplined approach to follow‑ups.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (preferred).
