Telesales Executive – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

Property Simplified Real Estate LLC is seeking a results‑driven Telesales Executive to prospect, generate property inventory and secure signed Form A agreements with owners across Dubai. This is a high‑volume cold‑calling position focused on building a robust listing pipeline for the brokerage.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume cold calls to property owners throughout Dubai.
• Source and generate secondary‑market property inventory.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners and investors.
• Obtain owner‑approved listings and signed Form A agreements.
• Follow up consistently to uncover selling opportunities.
• Accurately update CRM records with detailed notes.
• Coordinate with sales brokers to ensure effective marketing of listings.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly prospecting targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real‑estate telesales, prospecting or inventory generation.
• Previous employment with a Dubai real‑estate brokerage.
• Proven track record of cold‑calling property owners and generating listings.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real‑estate communities and the secondary market.
• Experience obtaining Form A agreements is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
