Telesales Executive – UK Process (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our Dubai office and support our UK‑focused tax consultancy. Working UK business hours, you will contact pre‑qualified leads across the United Kingdom, introduce our services and guide prospects through the sales journey while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to pre‑qualified leads and clearly explain the company’s tax‑refund and compliance services.
• Build rapport, answer questions and handle objections professionally.
• Guide customers through the sales process and achieve daily and weekly targets.
• Record all interactions accurately in the Zoho CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service or call‑centre environments.
• Excellent spoken English; familiarity with a UK accent is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive and customer‑focused attitude.
• Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven setting.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Zoho CRM.
