Telesales Marketing Agent

About the role

Al Aidy Group is seeking a remote Telesales Marketing Agent to promote a range of financial products, including savings accounts, loans and credit cards, to prospective and existing clients. The role involves phone and digital communication, guiding customers through product options and application processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads and existing clients via phone, email or chat to present financial solutions.
• Explain product features, benefits and eligibility criteria.
• Answer client inquiries, resolve issues and support the application journey.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging with current campaigns.
• Achieve assigned telesales targets while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills for clear, professional phone and digital interactions.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.
• Sales aptitude to convert leads, handle objections and meet targets.
• Basic understanding of banking or financial services is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
• Prior telesales or call‑center experience is an advantage.
