Telesales Representative – Organic Food Products

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Representative to promote our premium organic poultry, fresh dairy and regenerative agricultural products to health‑conscious families and fitness enthusiasts across the UAE. The role involves high‑volume outbound calling, delivering compelling product narratives and securing orders while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers throughout the UAE.
• Present and pitch organic poultry, dairy and other agritech produce using structured scripts.
• Address price objections by highlighting organic quality, health benefits and clean nutrition.
• Accurately capture client delivery details, schedules and preferences in the CRM system.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth through effective telephone engagement.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum five years of telesales experience in the fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
• Proven ability to handle high call volumes and meet sales objectives.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software to record and manage customer interactions.
