Telesales Specialist – Dental Services

About the role

Mira Clinic, a leading dental provider in Dubai, is expanding its sales team. As a Telesales Specialist you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them from inquiry to appointment booking while promoting the clinic’s premium dental services.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential clients via phone and digital channels.
• Understand client needs and provide accurate information about treatments and services.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service to ensure strong client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably telesales or call‑center environments.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and products.
• Responsible, reliable and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• CRM system usage.
