Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist works remotely on a full‑time basis, driving revenue growth for Cheezee Global by engaging prospective and existing customers through phone and digital channels. You will present the company’s payment solutions, guide customers through onboarding, and maintain accurate interaction records.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads across target markets.
• Present Cheezee Global’s payment products and address customer inquiries.
• Maintain detailed records of all contacts in the CRM system.
• Follow up on opportunities to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Collaborate with customer support and training teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Provide feedback on market needs and participate in regular product and sales training.

Required profile

• Proven telesales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities to build rapport and handle objections.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Organizational resilience in a target‑driven setting.
• Secondary education completed; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field is a plus.
