About the role
The Tool Keeper is responsible for maintaining inventory, servicing tools and equipment, and supporting outage execution in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory, identify missing items and initiate procurement.
- Coordinate with outage managers and field service engineers for replenishment and new requirements.
- Ensure 5S standards and housekeeping procedures are followed.
- Maintain tool certifications, liaise with third‑party providers and conduct internal inspections.
- Manage minimum stock levels for tool containers, consumables and on‑site equipment.
- Handle vendor receivals, documentation, and audit preparation.
- Adhere to health, safety, security and environmental procedures.
- Use the ERP system for issuing, storing and disposing of tools.
Required profile
- Minimum High School education.
- At least 2 years of experience in onsite and warehouse tool‑keeping management.
- Strong communication skills (reading and writing) and attention to detail.
