Trainee Compliance – Wealth Management (8‑12 months)

About the role

Join Mirabaud, an entrepreneurial and innovative family‑run bank with a global presence. As a Trainee Compliance professional you will support the Head of Compliance on a focused, ad‑hoc project within the Wealth Management division.

Key responsibilities

• Review, validate and remediate a defined set of compliance items within agreed timelines.
• Gather documents and data, conduct file reviews and compile evidence.
• Provide support for control testing activities.
• Track remediation actions and maintain the project log.
• Prepare regular reporting on project progress.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Management or Law.
• Familiarity with the banking industry (first‑hand experience).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Regular use of the MS Office suite.
• Fluent English; French and Arabic are an asset.
