Training and Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, strategic Training and Development Manager to design and deliver learning solutions that support our organizational growth. You will partner with department heads and senior leaders to build a skilled workforce and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments, design programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Manage onboarding, career development initiatives, and succession planning.
• Oversee LMS implementation and coordinate internal and external training sessions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a training or learning‑development managerial role.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, department heads, and external providers.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e‑learning platforms.
• Instructional design models such as ADDIE.
