Training Consultant

About the role

The Training Consultant will conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, promote our training courses, and convert leads into enrolled students while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote company’s training products and services.
• Follow up on leads, convert prospects into enrolled students, and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, and benefits, tailoring messages to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver high‑level customer service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking.
