Transition Coordinator

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is looking for a Transition Coordinator in Ajman on a full-time basis. The role coordinates and supports all activities related to the transition of new projects or clients, ensuring tasks are carried out effectively, timelines are met and communication between departments is seamless. It works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure a smooth handover while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing transition plans aligned with client and organizational goals.
• Coordinate day-to-day transition activities across departments such as Operations, IT, HR and Quality.
• Track project progress, monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and status updates.
• Act as a support contact for clients during the transition phase.
• Prepare progress reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks or issues to the Transition Manager.
• Support communication, training and change management during the transition.
• Assist in budget monitoring and resource coordination.
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are completed at project closure and take part in lessons learned reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, operations or transition support roles.
• Experience managing documentation, reporting and cross-department coordination.
• Proactive, adaptable, team-oriented, reliable and able to work under pressure with multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); MS Project knowledge is a plus.
