Travel Agency Specialist – Remote Sales Representative

About the role

We are a boutique premium travel agency based in the UAE, serving Arabic‑speaking clients across the GCC. We are looking for a Sales Representative who enjoys direct client interaction via WhatsApp, phone and email, helping customers book Business and First Class tickets, luxury hotels, transfers and tailor‑made trips.

Key responsibilities

• Handle new client requests from first contact to ticket issuance.
• Gather trip details (route, dates, cabin, passengers, budget) and prepare clear quotes.
• Follow up with suppliers and clients until a decision is made.
• Verify all ticket details before issuance to avoid costly errors.
• Provide post‑booking support and upsell hotels, transfers and car rentals.
• Update leads, quotes and sales in the system daily.

Required profile

• Experience in a travel agency, airline, airport or concierge service.
• Strong customer‑service mindset and ownership of client relationships.
• Fluent Arabic and very good spoken and written English.
• Solid knowledge of airlines, cabin classes and airport codes.
• Excellent attention to detail.
