About the role

The Travel Consultant at Rio Travels LLC will guide clients through every step of their journey, from initial inspiration to final booking. Based in Dubai, you will use your knowledge of destinations and travel products to create memorable, hassle‑free experiences for a diverse clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking flights, hotels, tours and other travel services that match their preferences and budget.
• Design personalized itineraries and recommend optimal travel packages and destinations.
• Prepare and manage travel documentation, including visas, passports and insurance requirements.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service by answering inquiries, handling changes, cancellations and resolving issues.
• Promote travel products, achieve sales targets through upselling, and build long‑term client relationships.
• Stay informed on current travel trends, industry updates and new offerings to deliver the best options.

Required profile

• Currently residing in Satwa, Dubai.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communicator with a customer‑first mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and meeting sales targets.

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication in Tagalog and English.
• Proficiency in using travel booking platforms and standard office software.
