Treasury Associate

About the role

The Treasury Associate will support Tabby’s Group Banking & Treasury team in Dubai, handling day‑to‑day treasury, payment and reconciliation activities across the United Arab Emirates and other operating markets. The role ensures bank data remains accurate, resolves payment queries and coordinates KYC and RFI requirements with banks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for all group accounts in multiple countries, identifying and investigating discrepancies.
• Download and process periodic bank statements from various online banking portals.
• Update the ERP system (Wafeq / NetSuite) and internal tracking sheets with statement data, maintaining consistent formatting.
• Track and clear suspense account balances each month with full substantiation.
• Respond to internal and external payment queries, providing proof of payment documents promptly.
• Monitor manual collections and support inter‑account transfers, prefunding and fund flows between operational and settlement accounts.
• Liaise with AP, CX teams and local banks to resolve operational and settlement issues.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and highly organized with the ability to work across multiple banking portals and internal systems.
• Comfortable handling recurring operational tasks under time pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills to investigate discrepancies and provide clear resolutions.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP platforms, specifically NetSuite and Wafeq.
• Proficiency in bank reconciliation and payment processing.
• Familiarity with KYC/RFI procedures and banking documentation.
