UAE National - Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

The General Technician is essential to the Body & Paint department, ensuring mechanical repairs and paint work are performed to the highest standards. The role focuses on productivity, quality, safety and customer satisfaction within Al Futtaim Group’s automotive workshop in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned repair jobs following established procedures, specifications and time standards.
• Repair damaged vehicles according to the vehicle repair manual and request parts or labor approvals when needed.
• Provide quality workmanship, conduct quality checks and minimise repeat jobs.
• Use safety equipment, maintain a clean work environment and report any abnormalities.
• Plan and schedule tasks to ensure timely completion of multiple jobs.
• Stay updated on new technologies, attend training sessions and apply learned skills.
• Maintain discipline, follow company rules and ensure proper parking of vehicles.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in a reputable automotive workshop.
• SSC/Trade certificate or equivalent vocational training.
• Expertise in spray painting, colour mixing and general vehicle repair.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
