About the role
First impressions are everything. When guests arrive at our hotels in Dubai, we aim to create a memorable experience from arrival to departure. As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their stay, handling operational needs, guest requests, and providing local area highlights. You are empowered to move throughout the property, maintain a professional appearance, follow safety and confidentiality standards, and ensure quality service at all times.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest arrival and departure services, including processing operational needs and addressing guest requests.
- Provide local area information and complete required reports to enhance the guest experience.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
