Vehicle Inspection Operations Supervisor

About the role

AutoHub is hiring a Vehicle Inspection Operations Supervisor in the UAE. The supervisor oversees vehicle inspection operations, validates inspection reports and ensures consistent quality standards, working closely with inspectors and clients to deliver accurate reports.

Key responsibilities

• Review, audit, approve and send vehicle inspection reports to clients.
• Explain inspection findings and the overall condition of vehicles to customers.
• Supervise vehicle inspectors, monitor their performance and improve inspection processes.
• Visit sites regularly to check workflow efficiency and quality standards.
• Prepare monthly and periodic performance and operations reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Oversee inspection tools and equipment, keep them updated and train inspectors on their use.

Required profile

• Degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Studies or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in vehicle inspection or a similar technical field.
• Fluent Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Currently based in the UAE; office-based and field work.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of vehicle inspection systems and diagnostic equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership, team management, communication and customer-facing skills.
