Vehicle Operations Support – Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

The Vehicle Operations Support professional will ensure the smooth daily functioning of an autonomous vehicle fleet in Dubai. You will be responsible for coordinating maintenance, energy needs, and operational supplies while keeping vehicles ready for service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vehicle‑related operational activities within the assigned area.
• Implement and maintain vehicle management procedures according to established standards.
• Schedule and oversee routine vehicle maintenance and servicing.
• Support vehicle repair activities and monitor completion.
• Arrange fueling, charging, or other energy requirements for the fleet.
• Ensure vehicles are operationally ready and available when needed.
• Procure and coordinate operational supplies and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and operational activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as required.
• Support the efficient day‑to‑day management of the autonomous vehicle fleet.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, vehicle coordination, transportation, or a similar environment.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing processes.
