Vehicle Operations Support – Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a Vehicle Operations Support professional to oversee the day‑to‑day operational needs of our autonomous vehicle fleet in Dubai. The role ensures vehicles are ready, maintained, and supplied with energy while following established management procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all vehicle‑related operational activities within the assigned area.
• Implement and uphold vehicle management procedures according to company standards.
• Schedule routine maintenance, servicing and support repair activities, tracking completion.
• Arrange fueling, charging or other energy requirements for the fleet.
• Procure and coordinate operational supplies and materials needed for vehicle operation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs and operational activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fleet operations, automotive operations, vehicle coordination or a similar environment.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing processes.
• Strong coordination and organisational abilities, with capacity to handle multiple tasks.
• Effective communication and record‑keeping skills.
• Comfortable working in a technology‑driven automotive setting.
• UAE automotive or fleet experience is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
