Vice President – Core Banking Country Programme Lead

About the role

As Vice President leading the Tx Core Country Programme, you will drive the rollout of a Core Banking Transformation Program across six countries and seven legal entities. You act as the primary bridge between country leadership and the central delivery team, ensuring that regulatory, operational and business requirements are fully integrated.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single integration point between country CEOs, COOs and the central program delivery across all rollout phases.
• Protect delivery execution and country readiness covering scope, requirements, governance, testing, migration, cut‑over, change and operational readiness.
• Lead executive stakeholder management with CEOs, COOs, business heads and regulators.
• Coordinate cross‑functional dependencies across Technology, Operations, Product, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, Data, Testing, Migration, Change and vendors.
• Drive proactive RAID management, escalation governance and decision‑making to safeguard go‑live outcomes.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in large‑scale banking transformation or core banking implementations.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and regulators.
• Strong risk and governance mindset with a focus on operational readiness.
