Villa Site Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Villa Site Supervisor to lead luxury villa fit‑out projects from inception to handover in Dubai. You will coordinate all on‑site activities, ensuring that each villa meets the highest standards of quality, design, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage on‑site villa fit‑out projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Ensure quality control and strict adherence to design specifications.
• Monitor project timelines and drive timely completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards on the construction site.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of UAE experience in villa or residential fit‑out supervision.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, finishing works, and MEP coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Excellent problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
