Virtual Relationship Manager – Business Banking (UAE Nationals)

About the role

As a Virtual Relationship Manager you will manage and develop a portfolio of Business Banking customers, understand their financial needs and connect them with appropriate banking solutions. The role focuses on relationship growth, customer retention, cross‑selling and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the assigned commercial portfolio, contributing to business and revenue targets.
• Build strong client relationships, assess financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Support customer transactions, collect documentation, maintain accounts and migrate eligible mass‑segment customers.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, update KYC records and ensure documents remain current.
• Identify potential risks, ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank, AML regulations and internal policies.
• Proactively cross‑sell assets, liabilities, trade services, treasury, cash management, investment and other banking solutions.
• Receive inbound calls, provide professional assistance, resolve issues promptly and follow up with customers.
• Promote the bank’s products and services, continuously improve product knowledge to deliver high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Relevant experience in relationship management, business banking or a similar role.
• Good understanding of basic banking products and services with strong relationship‑management skills.
