VP - Business Development (Real Estate)

About the role

A DIFC-based asset manager with a strong presence in regional real estate investments is recruiting a VP of Business Development (Real Estate) in Dubai. The role originates and sources real estate investment opportunities across the GCC, with a primary focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and works closely with internal investment teams and external stakeholders to progress opportunities to execution. It reports to the Head of Real Estate.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth within the banking and financial services sector.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders in Dubai and beyond.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and potential challenges in the business services industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and align with company goals.
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals to achieve sales targets and expand the client portfolio.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities to promote services and build brand awareness.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and business cases to prospective clients and senior management.
• Monitor and report on business development activities, giving regular updates to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 9-12 years' experience in real estate business development, investments or acquisitions within the GCC.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of originating real estate deals in the UAE, with strong exposure to Saudi Arabia.
• Established network across developers, advisors, banks and investment counterparties.
• Experience working with asset managers, private equity firms, developers or investment platforms.
