VP Corporate Finance & Transformation

About the role

The organization is seeking a senior finance leader to drive corporate finance, governance and transformation across a multi‑market business operating in the Middle East and Asia. Reporting to the CFO, the VP will shape financial strategy, optimise working capital and lead a shared‑services model.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee corporate finance, financial controls, and governance frameworks.
• Lead Record‑to‑Report (R2R), Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) and Order‑to‑Cash (O2C) processes.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, working‑capital optimisation and funding activities.
• Direct financial consolidation, statutory reporting and ensure IFRS compliance.
• Drive finance transformation, including ERP and finance‑systems automation.
• Establish financial policies, delegation of authority frameworks and banking relationships.
• Develop and mentor senior finance teams across multiple markets.

Required profile

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership in a large, complex, multi‑entity organisation.
• Background in FMCG, retail, consumer, e‑commerce or diversified conglomerates.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale finance transformation initiatives.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA or CFA are highly valued.
