About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Waiter cum Barista to work in a busy tourist area of Dubai, serving hot and cold coffee drinks and providing excellent table service.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare classic and seasonal coffee beverages, both hot and cold.
- Serve guests efficiently, promote sales, and upsell menu items.
- Maintain proper merchandising, monitor expiry dates, and ensure a clean, hygienic work area.
- Handle customer feedback analytically to improve sales.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in barista or waiter roles.
- Fluent in English; additional language (French, Spanish, Chinese) is a plus.
- High school graduate with a proven record of completing contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with guests from diverse cultures.
Required skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to customize coffee drinks to seasonal tourist demands.
