Waiter – Dynamic Lifestyle Venues

About the role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking confident, energetic and service‑oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join its lifestyle brands in Dubai. You will deliver attentive, professional service in premium, fast‑paced venues, including restaurants, beach clubs and nightlife locations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, present menus, explain dishes, ingredients, beverages and daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system and serve according to the venue’s sequence.
• Identify allergies and dietary requirements, communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar teams.
• Upsell premium dishes, beverages and promotions while monitoring tables and responding promptly to guest requests.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, runners and reception during service and maintain clean, organized tables and stations.
• Support brunches, special events, nightlife activations and high‑volume service, handling guest feedback professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in luxury restaurants, fine‑dining venues, beach clubs, lounges or nightclubs.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, high‑volume, entertainment‑led environments.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with confident guest‑engagement and upselling skills.
• Excellent English communication; additional language is a plus.
• Polished appearance with excellent grooming and presentation.
