Waiter – Hospitality Role

About the role

Join Accor’s vibrant hospitality team as a Waiter, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests in a dynamic hotel environment. You will be the face of the outlet, ensuring service excellence and upholding the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain LQA service standards and follow daily reports and hotel updates.
• Present menus, describe specials, and answer guest queries about food and beverage items.
• Serve and clear dishes using appropriate service ware, and reset tables efficiently.
• Operate the POS system for sales, checks, and cash‑out procedures.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions according to accounting guidelines.
• Prepare specialty coffees, teas, and both non‑alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain a clean, orderly restaurant and ensure workstations are stocked.
• Report guest feedback and any service issues to the supervisor/manager.

Required profile

• Good knowledge of the food & beverage menu, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Ability to communicate politely and concisely with guests.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to follow safety, sanitation, HACCP and hygiene policies.
