About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter to join our restaurant team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service to guests, from greeting them to handling payments.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange table set‑ups before and after each customer according to brand standards.
- Welcome guests, present menus, assist with item selection, take orders and serve food promptly.
- Communicate efficiently with kitchen staff and barista to ensure order accuracy.
- Monitor staff service quality, report any discrepancies or customer complaints to the manager.
- Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier.
- Guide runners and maintain quality standards throughout service.
Required profile
- High School diploma.
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a similar hospitality role.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Strong communication, cultural awareness and adaptability.
- Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work well in a team.
