About the role
The F&B Waiter/ress acts as a Hospitality Ambassador, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests in the hotel’s food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service to guests, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, and resort facilities.
- Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth outlet operations.
- Uphold safety, hygiene standards and respect guest privacy.
Required profile
- High School diploma.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
- Fluent English speaking.
