About the role
The Waiter is responsible for delivering attentive, professional, and efficient table service to ensure a consistently high-quality guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide attentive table service throughout the dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation and timing
- Guide guests through menus, provide recommendations and monitor satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned tables and service areas
- Coordinate with runners, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Required profile
- 1-3 years’ experience in a waiter or service role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
