Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets brand standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including table settings and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and resolve any guest concerns.
• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions securely.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
