Waiter/Waitress – Dynamic Hospitality Team

About the role

Join a leading hospitality group in the UAE and deliver exceptional service in one of our award‑winning F&B venues. As a waiter or waitress you will ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor dining rooms for seating, safety and guest well‑being, responding promptly to needs.
• Prepare tables with condiments, napkins, cutlery and ensure side stations are stocked.
• Take orders, verify menu availability, note dietary restrictions and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain meal timing, clear tables, crumb properly and set up for subsequent courses.
• Inspect and polish chinaware, glassware and silverware; keep work areas clean using “clean‑as‑you‑go” practices.
• Handle billing, present checks and process payments accurately.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash float management, cleaning and restocking.
• Support teammates, collaborate with other departments and complete shift‑specific side work and reporting.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel or food‑service environment preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus, dietary restrictions and allergy awareness.

Required skills

• Experience with POS systems for order processing and payment handling.
• Cash handling and basic inventory management skills.
