Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Anantara Mina Ras Al Khaimah Resort as a Waiter/Waitress, delivering attentive service in a luxury beachfront setting. You will interact with guests, present menu knowledge, and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods to guests courteously.
• Serve and clear food and beverages, maintaining an unobtrusive and professional presence.
• Operate the POS system for order entry, billing, and cash‑out procedures.
• Carry trays, bus, and reset tables with appropriate linen, china, glassware, and silverware.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address issues promptly, and report resolutions to management.
• Adhere to cash and credit‑card handling guidelines and maintain a clean, orderly restaurant.
• Polish silverware, replenish condiments, and ensure workstations are stocked.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, light cleaning, and support other F&B outlets during peak periods.

Required profile

• Good proficiency in English; Russian language is a plus.
• Well‑presented, professionally groomed, and able to handle cash accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
