About the role
Join the Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi team as a Waiter/Waitress, providing courteous, creative, and efficient service in line with Hyatt International standards. This role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests in the assigned area, ensuring a flexible and high‑quality service.
- Handle guest enquiries courteously and report any complaints to supervisors when immediate solutions are not possible.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menu items and recommend combinations, upselling where appropriate.
- Keep the workplace and surrounding area clean and organized at all times.
Required profile
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or established restaurant environment.
- Friendly, energetic approach with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service.
- Fluent in both English and Russian with strong communication skills.
