About the role

We are looking for a professional and motivated Waitress to join a reputable restaurant in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for every guest in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation.
• Answer customer inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and resolve any concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining areas.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth restaurant operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar hospitality role (preferred).
