Warehouse Officer – Inventory & Material Management

About the role

ECCI is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Warehouse Officer to support warehouse and material operations for its expanding aerospace and defence manufacturing programs. The role focuses on end‑to‑end warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance and cross‑department coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage and material handling.
• Support inspection processes and ensure proper identification and traceability of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock documentation and material movement reports.
• Issue materials to production teams with proper documentation and tracking.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Planning, Production and Quality departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure warehouse organization complies with company procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in warehouse or stores operations; fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
• Good understanding of inventory control, material identification and traceability.
• Ability to maintain accurate stock records and documentation.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in aerospace, defence or manufacturing industries is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong inventory control knowledge.
