Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Al Qama is looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join its team in Al Quoz, Dubai. The successful candidate will supervise warehouse staff, oversee inventory control and ensure that daily warehouse activities run smoothly, safely and in an organized way. The role calls for strong leadership, organizational skills and the ability to manage operations efficiently while meeting business deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and oversee warehouse staff.
• Manage inventory, stock control and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch activities.
• Keep the warehouse organized, clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to support smooth operational workflows.
• Monitor warehouse performance and implement improvements where necessary.
• Ensure timely processing and movement of inventory.

Required profile

• Previous experience in warehouse supervision.
