Warranty Executive – Automotive After‑Sales

About the role

Join Al-Futtaim Automotive as a Warranty Executive supporting Toyota and Lexus after‑sales operations across the UAE. You will ensure warranty claims are processed accurately, comply with manufacturer policies, and contribute to vehicle safety initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review, adjudicate and authorize warranty repairs and claims submitted by service centres.
• Ensure submissions meet manufacturer requirements to maximise recoveries and minimise rejections.
• Monitor claim quality, accuracy and processing timelines.
• Conduct warranty audits and coaching visits across the dealer network.
• Develop action plans to address non‑compliance and improve performance.
• Support safety recall, special service and customer satisfaction campaigns.
• Coordinate parts recovery and communicate with manufacturers on returned parts.
• Maintain performance dashboards and provide regular KPI reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) experience in automotive warranty processes.
• Familiarity with dealership operations and auditing compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with service centres, technical teams and stakeholders.
