Welcome Ambassador – Multilingual (Russian, Spanish, Italian)

About the role

As a Welcome Ambassador at our West Crescent hotel, you will be the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring their arrival and departure experiences are memorable. This full‑time, on‑site position requires fluency in Russian, Spanish and Italian to assist a diverse international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Handle operational tasks, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
• Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to company policies.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 50 lb unaided (heavier items with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and perform basic manual handling.
• Professional appearance, communication, and commitment to confidentiality.

Required skills

• Fluency in Russian, Spanish and Italian.
