Account Executive - SMB - UAE

About the role

Join Cisco’s Small & Medium Business (SMB) team in Dubai and help drive revenue growth across millions of small businesses in the UAE. This full‑time position focuses on building a partner‑driven, digitally enabled sales engine to capture new logos and expand existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own SMB sales targets, managing both run‑rate business and large‑scale opportunities.
• Develop and execute a data‑driven territory plan to capture high‑potential verticals.
• Identify market trends and enable partners through digital marketing, enablement programs, and community initiatives.
• Drive new‑logo acquisition using no‑touch, low‑touch, and omnichannel digital journeys.
• Collaborate with Cisco’s virtual sales, channel, specialist, and marketing teams to design revenue‑generating strategies.
• Expand Cisco’s partner and distribution network, enhancing digital sales capabilities for SMB customers.
• Build long‑term relationships with partners and C‑level stakeholders, influencing both transactional and strategic deals.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the SMB or mid‑market segment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated ability to grow partner and distribution channels.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams to achieve complex sales objectives.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
