Agile Delivery Manager – dnata Travel

About the role

Emirates Group is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to lead the end‑to‑end IT delivery portfolio for dnata Travel’s global leisure wholesale and destination management business. You will drive a major digital modernisation and platform transformation programme, working across multiple products, platforms and markets.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate PI planning, reviews and other Agile ceremonies, coaching teams to optimise Release Train efficiency.
• Blend traditional project management with Agile practices, applying PMI‑ACP principles to balance agility and predictability.
• Serve as a servant‑leader, creating a safe environment for problem‑solving and fostering a high‑performance delivery culture.
• Lead Integrated Programme Planning, decomposing Epic roadmaps into feature backlogs ready for team execution.
• Ensure quality by enforcing the Definition of Done and maintaining sustainable team pace.
• Maintain Agile tools such as JIRA or ScrumDesk and remove impediments to keep work flowing.
• Support the Technical Product Manager with backlog transparency, business expectations and schedule communication.
• Collaborate with the IT Service Manager on service performance and continuous improvement.
• Define and champion Agile governance, tracking velocity, defect rates and other metrics for stakeholder visibility.
• Assist with cost estimation, total cost of ownership and budgeting for initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of leadership and project delivery experience in a matrix, global organisation.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale platform modernisation or digital transformation programmes.
• Certified SAFe and PMI‑ACP (additional certifications such as PMI, Prince2, CSM are desirable).
• 5+ years of hands‑on Scrum management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
