Senior Technical Product Manager – Keet (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the vision for Keet and lead it to a billion users, competing head‑on with WhatsApp and Telegram. This is not a maintenance role; you will define the product direction, convince the board and team, and drive execution to achieve it.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a long‑term product vision and growth strategy, analysing competitors and leveraging P2P advantages.
• Partner with engineering to solve hard P2P problems at scale, including NAT traversal, offline sync, multi‑device support and real‑time calling quality.
• Use AI coding and design tools to rapidly prototype concepts and demonstrate them to stakeholders.
• Lead the product team through sprint planning, prioritisation, reviews and retrospectives, ensuring reliable delivery.
• Own mobile release processes for iOS and Android and oversee desktop distribution, crash reporting and analytics.

Required profile

• 8+ years of product management experience, including senior leadership of consumer products used by tens of millions.
• Proven ability to set product vision, drive measurable outcomes and present strategy to executives.
• Deep JavaScript and React expertise, with hands‑on coding and prototype building.
• Experience shipping and scaling mobile apps on iOS and Android, including App Store and Google Play logistics.
• Background in real‑time voice/video calling products and understanding of quality, latency and reliability trade‑offs.
• Strong communication skills and comfort making fast, high‑quality decisions in a fast‑moving environment.
