About the role
We are seeking a senior consultant to lead AI adoption and change management initiatives for our clients in the UAE. The role involves guiding organisations through digital transformation, explaining AI concepts to non‑technical users, and ensuring successful technology uptake.
Required profile
- 8–15 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, technology adoption, learning & development or consulting.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR/Prosci (Prosci certification preferred).
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform and Viva.
- Experience implementing Generative AI and AI adoption programmes.
