About the role

Join ByteDance's AI Vertical Scenarios team within the Corporate Information Systems department in Dubai. As an AI Product Manager Graduate you will help shape enterprise AI tools that are used daily by employees worldwide, turning cutting‑edge research into real workplace products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and design AI Agent product features, turning concepts into usable experiences.
• Conduct user research, interviews and data analysis to uncover enterprise pain points.
• Translate user insights into product requirements and road‑maps.
• Build and maintain an evaluation framework to measure AI capability, model performance and product impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science and design teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or graduating soon) with a strong interest in AI and product management.
• Ability to commit to an onboarding date by the end of the year.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for stakeholder interviews and data‑driven decision making.
