AI Product Owner – Insurance (Dubai)

About the role

The AI Product Owner will lead end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑powered products and intelligent automation across the insurance value chain, from underwriting to claims, customer service and distribution. You will bridge business and technology, shaping product vision while guiding technical teams to create measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the AI product vision, roadmap and backlog, prioritising initiatives based on ROI, impact, complexity and risk.
• Identify high‑value use cases, build business cases and value‑realisation frameworks aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and data scientists to design AI workflows, multi‑agent orchestration, prompt‑engineering requirements, RAG architectures and human‑in‑the‑loop controls.
• Provide technical leadership on LLMs, Generative AI, agentic AI frameworks (Langraph, Transformer, MCP), retrieval‑augmented generation and vector database solutions.
• Ensure responsible AI governance, model monitoring, drift detection, explainability, regulatory compliance and data‑privacy adherence.
• Drive adoption through KPI definition, benefit measurement, training, enablement and change‑management activities with business leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in product management, digital transformation or AI solution delivery, with at least 5 years leading AI‑focused products.
• Proven ability to work with insurance stakeholders such as underwriters and claims managers.
