AI Search Optimisation (AEO) Lead

About the role

We are looking for an AI Search Optimisation (AEO) Lead to design and execute a strategy that turns AI answer engines into a high‑impact inbound growth channel. This hands‑on role focuses on technical implementation rather than marketing collateral.

Key responsibilities

• Design an end‑to‑end AEO strategy aligned with modern LLM ingestion and answer generation.
• Diagnose gaps between strong SEO visibility and AI‑driven recommendations and implement fixes.
• Audit and apply technical changes across structured data, schema markup, entity optimisation, knowledge graphs, machine‑readable FAQs and credibility signals.
• Define AEO‑specific metrics and attribution models to track performance.
• Demonstrate measurable impact through AI‑originated inbound leads.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in technical SEO, search architecture, applied AI or data engineering.
• Deep understanding of how AI models source, weight and recommend information.
• Strong technical literacy with schemas, entities, APIs and machine‑readable content.
• Commercial, outcome‑driven mindset with ability to work under clear performance expectations.
