IT Infrastructure Specialist (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The IT Infrastructure Specialist will manage and support enterprise server, endpoint and modern workplace environments for a UAE‑based organization. The role ensures high availability, security and performance of Windows Server, Active Directory and device management platforms while supporting backup, disaster recovery and compliance initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support physical and virtual Windows Server infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and file services.
• Plan and execute server installations, upgrades, migrations and capacity planning.
• Maintain enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions, monitor jobs and perform restoration testing.
• Execute monthly patching cycles for servers and endpoints using SCCM.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle, provisioning, configuration and decommissioning of Windows desktops and laptops.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device and application management, including compliance policies, configuration profiles and Windows Autopilot.
• Support security, compliance and audit initiatives in coordination with cybersecurity teams.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and Azure Automation scripts to streamline provisioning, patching and monitoring.

Required profile

• UAE national with proven experience in enterprise IT infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and regional compliance frameworks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams.
